Description: This scholarship was established by Deborah Roese, a 2002 UIS Special Merit Master’s Thesis winner, in memory of her parents.
Eligibility: Applicants for the scholarship should be female graduate students in Communication or English, with a minimum GPA of 3.75 and course enrollment of at least four hours.
Submission Guidelines: Faculty should submit a nomination letter and evidence of the student’s excellence.
Deadline: First Friday in April.
