Overview
ECAR conducts and disseminates research and analysis about the role and implication of information technology in higher education. ECAR assembles leading scholars, practitioners, researchers, and analysts to focus on issues of critical importance to higher education, many of which carry increasingly complicated and consequential implications. UIS is a Subscription Level member of ECAR. Our subscription gives everyone at UIS access to all ECAR research, including more than 20 major and minor reports, focused research bulletins, editable PowerPoint slides, infographics, data tables, and key findings and actionable recommendations.
