Unicenter Service Desk

Overview

Unicenter Service Desk is a web based ticketing software used by ITS and some other service providers for resolving service requests.

Faculty, staff, and students can log in with their NetID and password and create their own tickets, check the status of a request, add comments to a request, and even close the request.

Service Desk’s automated escalations ensure timely resolution of incidents or requests. In addition, ITS uses the reporting features of the Service Desk for workload analysis and resource management.
