The Pharos Uniprint (8.0 -> 8.2) [pharos.uisad.uis.edu] and the Microsoft Application Virtualization (4.5 -> 4.6) [uissoftricity3.uisad.uis.edu] server software will be upgraded tomorrow Thursday during the weekly maintenance window.

After the upgrade this morning the Print Server service is not starting on the Pharos server. We are waiting for Pharos support to give us a call with the fix.
Presently users are not able to print using Pharos.
Good news! The problem is fixed and users can now print using Pharos.
