I am sending this letter of commendation of the excellent service that our unit has received from Brian Truter from Information Technology Services.
Brian has resolved a variety of issues related to our ownership of the calendar and inbox resources of the BSB conference room. Whether working with a simple access issue (I should say formerly “simple”!) or issues of a more complex type such as the one he just resolved for us, Brian is just outstanding! He is quick to respond, patient, empathetic and very knowledgeable about potential fixes. What really impresses me is Brian’s customer focus and dedication to finding a solution. And he has good humor which lets me know that he takes pride in and enjoys his job!
Brian is a true asset to our University and I just wanted to recognize him.
