The music on hold feature of the Cisco phone system is not working. We have tried a service restart and it has not restored the service. We will be restarting the CUCM2 server very late tonight/early tomorrow morning to see if that helps.

CUCM1 was restarted already.

We have been receiving alert messages from CUCM1 for a while and now have the process for correcting the issue.
The certificate named CallManger has expired and needs to be renewed. The process in not difficult however it requires a restart of the Cisco Call manager server, which could possibly interrupt an active voice call. So we will be performing this renewal during the maintenance window Thursday morning April 4 5:00am to 7:00. We do not expect any problem.
