Voice Mail issues

We are having issues with the VM messages being sent to the appropriate email accounts exchange is queuing them.  We will keep you posted.

    The issue Jamie pointed out about voice mails has been resolved.


    There was a problem with TLS communications between our Unified Messaging server and Exchange.


    During troubleshooting, we did discover that Unified Messaging will only try to send a voice mail 5 times, and then it deletes it. This means that many people have had voice mails that were lost, but we are unable to calculate how many.
