I am not exactly sure who to direct this email to, but I just wanted to let somebody know how much help Bill Cox and Vern Huber have been to the Survey Research Office over the past several weeks. The SRO is installing a new software for our CATI lab and both Bill and Vern have gone out of their way to help us successfully install this program-including spending the majority of their morning and lunch in this office today.

I would be at a loss without them and cannot express my gratitude enough.

Just wanted to make sure that someone knew about their hard work.
