Good Afternoon ! After proofing several more times, I have notified Dave that the Parking Services Business Continuity Plan is available for review and completion. Yeah !!

I could not have done it without your help. You made this project fun and interesting by providing your expertise guidance and explanation of questions, especially the “technology” section. You have been so patient and are always a pleasure to work with.

Issues with Apps on UISAPPSRVPROD2

The Siteminder installation has broken the apps on UISAPPSRVPROD2.  Currently, the non-SSL apps are up and running. We are still working on getting the SSL ones back up. These include online evaluations, campus announcements, etc. However, since all the apps are hosted on the same server, even the SSL apps will experience intermittent issues as we reboot.

Exchange Updates (Complete)

UPDATE 12:50 PM – All updates have been completed

We will be installing Update Rollup 6 on our Exchange servers this morning. Rolling reboots will occur. All mail services will continue to operate, but there may be momentary disconnect/reconnect occurrences as mailboxes fail over to other servers.

Cisco Unified Communications Server

The server in UHB has errors and is not functioning correctly.  Kevin has opened a TAC case with Cisco and is restarting the server.

When the server is restarted phones will switch to the primary server in HSB and will fail back when the UHB server is restored.

The operator Station attendant console and Sangamon Auditorium ticket office attendant are the only known issue at this time.

Blackboard will be unavailable from 5am-8am on Thursday, July 3.

This scheduled upgrade will improve performance. It does NOT include differences in the way Blackboard looks nor will it interfere with any content you already have on Blackboard.
