Email/Voicemail Maintenance – 2:30pm |

In response to reported issues with voicemail, we will be rebooting one of our mailbox servers at 2:30pm. Users may be disconnected from email during this reboot; however, no data will be lost. The Authentication issues with Urbana’s Shiboleth have been resolved. We can now access Box and Webstore.
We are experiencing some problems authenticating with Urbana’s Shiboleth environment this impacts users accessing Box and Webstore. Urbana is working on resolving this issue.

Camtasia Relay |

We have moved Relay to higher capacity storage, resulting in improved performance. Full functionality has been restored, recording and viewing of presentations is available. If you have any questions, please contact Kara McElwrath. |

| Thursday, June 13: Camtasia Relay Camtasia Relay will be unavailable on Thursday, June 13 from 6am – Noon.
We are moving Relay to higher capacity storage, resulting in improved performance. During this time, users will not be able to record presentations or view existing presentations. Upcoming Maintenance |
| May 14, 2013: Camtasia RelayCamtasia Relay will be unavailable on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 from 7am – Noon. This is scheduled maintenance to install the latest version of Relay.
The impact of this maintenance will be the addition of new features, including:
Please note that this upgrade will not affect any videos you have previously recorded. May 16, 2013: blogs.uis.edu blogs.uis.edu will be unavailable on Thursday, May 16, 2013. This is scheduled maintenance to install updates. There will be no changes to existing blogs; they will become available again on Friday, May 17. May 21-22, 2013: Blackboard Blackboard will be unavailable on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 21-22, 2013. This scheduled maintenance will provide us with additional functionality and improved performance. Training on the new features is available. I just wanted to share some pictures from the laptop handout.
The upgrade is complete.
I am going to update the WordPress software today from 12:00 to 1:00. It should only be down ten minutes. I will post as soon as the update is done.
WordPress was updated from version 3.1 to 3.3 this morning. Along with updating WordPress all of the Plugins and Themes were also updated.
After performing this update the Onswipe plugin, a plugin that renders the blog for a touch based devices, is now working as well.
