The Camtasia Relay service is not working. The service is responding with a:
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
The Relay Manager service was stopped. Starting it or restarting IIS did not fix the problem.
I will reboot the server to see if that fixes the problem.
eDocs is now up and running. A restart of the database server solved the problem.
We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with eDocs. There is a problem with the eDocs database.
We will let you know as soon as it is fully operational again.
Users trying to create a new Box account (https://box-signup.uillinois.edu/) get this error:
opensaml::FatalProfileException at (https://box-signup.uillinois.edu/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST)
Your client’s current address (22.214.171.124) differs from the one used when you authenticated to your identity provider. To correct this problem, you may need to bypass a proxy server. Please contact your local support staff or help desk for assistance.
This issue began on Monday 11/26. The workaround is to create the Box account from a connection outside the UIS network.
The Blackboard front page is currently not displaying correctly. Blackboard, however, still functions correctly. This issue is only on the front page. After you log in to Blackboard, it looks and works normally.
The Blackboard front page is an https resource which utilizes a stylesheet file from the www.uis.edu server. It’s certificate expired this past Saturday. We have submitted a certificate signing request and when we receive the certificate this will no longer be an issue.
The UIS instance of the portal is not working correctly. Logins work (so it’s not the same issue as last week), but nothing is displaying correctly. The helpdesk is aware of the issue.
The configurations on the Cisco controllers somehow became invalid and the controllers were disabled. Scott, Jamie and Kevin worked together to get the correct configurations restored. Campus wireless is now working normally again. More investigative work will be done to determine the root cause of the problem.

The eDocs document management system is giving an HTTP 503 error. Currently working on diagnosing the problem.
Issue with the ISDN PRI trunks is resolved.
The issue was a route configuration in the new Cisco 2921 router. It took time and lots of different people looking before it was found.
The phones should work properly on any of the 5 trunks. If we get any report of issues after 2:00 today we will need to investigate.
