All ITS services are up and running and fully functional.
LiveHelp for both ITS and Admissions is now available.
Starting at 8am, ITS will be upgrading the LiveHelp chat available on the ITS and Admissions websites. Downtime is expected to be minimal; during this downtime, the LiveHelp tool will be unavailable but both ITS and Admissions will continue to be available via phone, email, and in person.
This maintenance has been successfully completed, and all services are up and running.
ITS will be performing maintenance on Friday, October 10 from 10am-1pm. The maintenance may include interruptions to some services, for example accessing data shares on uisdata1 and eDocs. Email and Blackboard will NOT be affected.

The Blackboard maintenance has now been completed and Blackboard is up and running.
Blackboard will be unavailable on Saturday, October 4 from 6am-8am for maintenance. It will not interfere with any content you already have on Blackboard.
