UPDATE:  Blackboard upgrades have been completed and Blackboard is now available.

Blackboard will be unavailable on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 21-22, 2013.  This scheduled maintenance will provide us with additional functionality and improved performance. Training on the new features is available. Course content will remain intact – content does NOT need to be recreated or copied over.

Blackboard will be available again on Thursday, May 23, 2013.  Any additional status updates will be posted here.

The upgrade effort – noted below, has been completed.

The following applications will be unavailable on Thursday, May 16, 2013 – due to maintenance on the Oracle DB and the server that hosts it:

• LAS Department Chair Evaluations
• Online Evaluation
• Campus Level Personnel Committee
• Senate
• Grand Marshal
• ITS Projects
• Instructional Technology Request Form
• Evaluation Reports
• Parking Permit

Once the upgrade has completed, a status update will be posted.

Server maintenance on Blackboard Archives (https://bbarchives.uis.edu) has been completed. Sorry for the disruption.

Blackboard Archives (https://bbarchives.uis.edu) will be unavailable April 11-12 for scheduled server maintenance.
