I wanted to be sure and let you know how much I appreciate the technical support provided by your staff for our annual Convocation event (as well as for our other major campus events). It is not only their technical expertise, but their positive attitudes and flexibility that make my job so much easier. We certainly could not produce such seamless events without individuals like Ian and Dale.
