Kudos to TSC!

A big THANKS to everyone involved in resolving this problem for Bud!

I cannot express my complete satisfaction with the rapid response, knowledgeable and friendly service of the tech support team.  This was a case where my monitors died in the midst of an extremely important job.  It was 3:20 pm on Tuesday.  Your team examined the pc and determined that the video card was good.  They returned the computer to my office early on Wednesday, found that the “Y” connector was faulty, and one of the monitors was dead.  I know that multiple symptom problems with a common result are very difficult to diagnose.

The PAA Dean’s Office happened to have a spare monitor in a closet.  My supervisor, Assistant to the Dean, Wendy Johnson, delivered that monitor to my office.  End result, I was up and running by 9:15 am.  HOW GREAT IS THAT!  Well, it is fantastic.
